Students will have classes that will prepare them for college. They will learn the steps needed to prepare for college while still in school, how to complete a college application, find scholarships and more!
Students will experience classes that will teach them the various aspects of etiquette. Learning to "Dress for the Occasion", Setting a Table, Public Speaking, Manners, etc.
Classes will help students prepare for any career. Whether they go to college, or learn a trade, they will learn to write a resume, learn the dos and don'ts of an effective interview and how to prepare for specific careers.
Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. Students will learn more about these subjects and how they work together. In addition, they will receive Math classes that will be taught in an unusual manner and will help them with Math as they continue their education.
YOUTH LEADERSHIP - Students who complete the program successfully will have the opportunity to sign up to be Educational Ambassadors of Nonviolence- Students who will advocate for nonviolence among youth and encourage them to seek the highest level of education possible,
Students will learn how to effectively resolve conflicts through various technics shared by guest lecturers.
They will also learn the nonviolent principles of of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and how to apply them in today's society.
